Goods are dispatched within one working day. Once your order has been
sent you will be notified by email. We aim to provide not only a wide
assortment of products but also different delivery methods. If none of the
options below are suitable, please get in touch using the contact details
on the site and we will look for alternative delivery solutions.

1. Free collection in our store at Nemuno g. 70, Panevėžys. Your order
   will be prepared within one working day. Once ready, we will inform
   you using the contact details you provided.

2. Delivery to a Venipak parcel locker (1–2 working days) – €3.00.

3. Delivery by Venipak courier (1–2 working days) – €7.00.

If you wish to order goods for delivery abroad, please contact us first
using the listed contacts. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the
shipment and the destination country.

Returns and exchange

Defects in sold goods are eliminated and defective goods are replaced or
returned in accordance with the Rules for the return and exchange of
items approved by the Order of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001
(No. 217).

The buyer has the right to return goods by notifying the seller in
writing (by email, indicating the product to be returned and its order
number) no later than 7 working days from the date of delivery.

When returning goods, the following conditions must be observed:

• The returned item must be in its original tidy packaging (this point does not
  apply when returning a defective product).

• The item must not be damaged by the buyer.

• The item must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels intact,
  protective film not removed, etc.) (this point does not apply when
  returning a defective product).

• The returned item must be in the same set/kit as received.
